Job Description

Pre- Implementation,

• Lead to implement the whole ERP fully and successfully, mainly from accounting
functions.
• Working closely with internal accounting and other related departments and external
technical team to successfully implement the whole system and evaluate how current
system will impact workflow, data, reporting and internal control and recommend
changes based on the evaluations and input.
• Lead and motivate with users from Account and Finance teams.
• Analyzes & recommends solutions to be aligned with IAS/IFRS and current financial
report. Develop and maintain current Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Develop and create on Nominal ledgers, Sales ledgers, Purchase Ledgers, Inventory,
Fixed Assets and monitor account reconciliations.

Post Implementation,

• Ensure quality, process and documentation as per the laid down guidelines.
• COA maintenance.
• Implement a robust GL control and ensure smooth functioning.
• Assigned as per job requirement on Accounting and Financial tasks .

Job Requirement

> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance with information technology knowledges
and Diploma in IFRS or similar is preferred (or equivalent education and/or related work
experience).
> Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance and managerial position.
> At least 2 years of experience of working with finance systems as an ERP
specialist in a related or other industry experience.
